Ashtanga | Primary Series Led Class
In this class, I guide you through the Ashtanga Yoga Primary Series, known as Yoga Chikitsa, or “Yoga Therapy.” This sequence is designed to detoxify the body, build strength and flexibility, and establish a strong foundation for your practice.
This is a great opportunity to refine your alignment, deepen your focus, and experience the meditative quality of the practice. Together, we’ll explore the transformative power of this practice.

Ashtanga | Intermediate Series Led Class
For practitioners who have a solid foundation in the Primary Series and are ready to embrace new challenges. In this class, I guide you through the Intermediate Series, also known as Nadi Shodhana or “Nerve Purification”.
This series is a powerful practice designed to strengthen the body, open the heart, and cleanse the subtle energy channels. This class is by invite only.
